Cancelation Policy

To secure your booking, you must make a deposit of £100 per dog, per booking. If you are booking for 3 nights or less, then full payment is required.

In the event that you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

• If you cancel up to 21 days before your booked drop-off date, you will be fully refunded.

• If you cancel within 21 days of your stay and we are able to fill your dates with another booking, then you will be fully refunded.

• If you cancel within 21 days of your stay and we are unable to fill your dates, then your deposit will be witheld.

• If you fail to show up on the drop-off date, then no refund will be offered.
