  • Doggy boarding offers several benefits for your canine companion, including socialization with other dogs, exercise, mental stimulation, and supervised playtime. It can also help alleviate separation anxiety and provide a safe and controlled environment for your dog.

  • Absolutely! If you wish to look around and see the facilities before enrolling your dog, feel free to contact us and we’d be happy to accommodate. Just fill out the contact form on our website or call us directly.

    If you haven’t stayed with us before, please note that a free Meet & Greet is all part of the process! All you need to do is fill out our booking form on our Prices & Booking page, and we will send you a link to book your visit! Don’t worry, you won’t ber charged. Payments are only due once we’ve decided we’re a good fit for each other!

  • No, your canine companion is welcome for as long or short as you’d like. However longer stays help to ensure that all the dogs and staff are familiar, happy, and settled.

  • You get more bark for your buck! We charge set prices for a 24hr stay which can work out cheaper than other doggy places. If you check your woofer in at 6pm on Friday, you have until 6pm on Saturday to collect them. Other doggy boarders would charge your for 2 days.

  • We require dogs to be vaccinated against canine parvovirus, canine distemper, canine adenovirus/infectious canine hepatitis, leptospirosis.

    It is also compulsory to vaccinate your pet against Kennel Cough (KC).

    Your pet will need to have been treated for fleas and worms.

  • Dogs are never left on their own at Barkingham Palace for more than 45 minutes, unless there is an emergency. Someone will be in the house with them practically all day and night.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring your dog's food, treats, and belongings to make them feel more at home during their stay. Please make sure to label all items with your dog's name.

  • We understand things don’t always goes as planned, and that sometimes you may need to cancel your dog’s stay. This is why we try to offer a fair and flexible cancellation policy.

    If you cancel up to 21 before your booking, you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel within 21 days of your stay, then we will do our best to fill the dates. If we are successful, then we will return payment in full. If we do not, then the deposit will be lost.
