How it Works

Booking

Use the form on our booking page to arrange drop-off and pick-up dates for your dog’s stay with us (we can arrange exact times nearer your visit). We can confirm availability within 24 hours. If you need to book for more than 2 dogs, or if you want a full-facility booking please contact us directly.

Meet And Greet

For new dogs, you will receive an email with a link to book your free Meet and Greet within 3 days of booking. If you do not book or attend the agreed visit, your reservation will be cancelled.

Complete The Dog Profile

Once you have made a payment and the booking is confirmed, we will send you a link to an online form that you complete with information about your dog. This is requirement of the licence and it also helps us to look after your beloved pet to the best of our ability.

Arrival Day

Bring your doggy at the arranged time. We will be waiting for you with biscuits and fuss. We then double check all your information, check your doggy in and then the holiday for you all begins.
